CITY LIGHTS
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify God (Matt 7:34)
Sometimes the root of the challenges we face as leaders is spiritual. Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:12 “ For our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the auhorities against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
CITY LIGHTS is a prayer strategy to give all believers confidence to transform their community - starting with their own ‘sphere of influence
The purpose of this module is to encourage all believers to begin to take the fight to the ‘enemy of our souls’ and, through their understanding of the ‘heavenly realms’, then pray with authority into places,situations and people to see the Kingdom of God extended with salvation , healing and freedom.
The module can include topics such as:
*Blueprint or Warfare
* Know your enemy and your own strength
* Cities in Scripture
* Intercession and warfare prayers
* Listening to God’s voice
* Prayer Evangelism - doing it the way Jesus did
This module is generally over 4 sessions, either a weekend or weekly *, and is primarily a teaching module with some time to begin ‘warfare praying’.
